상기 58세 남환 UC, AIMAH, DM, Osteopenia 과거력 있는 분으로 2016.10.9 small bowel obstruction 으로 입원하여 2016.10.14 Laparoscopic segmental resection of small bowel 시행하였습니다. 조직검사 결과 Monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T-cell lymphoma 확인되어 혈액내과 진료 후 chemotherapy 진행 중입니다.

#2. 8363310 심혜숙 F/60 천재희교수님
상기 60세 여환 HTN, DM, Old CVA(6YA) 과거력 있는 분으로 3개월 간 30회 가량 watery diarrhea 지속되어 evaluation 위해 Colonoscopy, EGD 진행하였습니다. 조직검사 결과 Diffuse intraepithelial CD3+ T lymphocytosis 확인되어 추가 검사 진행 중입니다.
